and restaurant seats 300 persons theater style. The Crest also has a large commercial
kitchen so you can also hold dinner events in The Crest. Room dividers allow holding more
than one concurrent session. Breakout rooms around the resort
offer seating for another 5 to 200 persons. You can hold one large group meeting or
several smaller sessions. We can serve coffee breaks, dessert tables, and special menus
catered from our on-site restaurant. And there is plenty of free parking. |

Seating Set-Up Options, Audio Video Equipment
Theater style, U-Shape, Classroom, Open Square, etc., let us know and we'll set it up for
you. We have a variety of AV equipment including 35mm slide projectors, overhead
projectors, screens, microphones, TV with VCR, flip charts, whiteboards, podium, lectern,
U.S. flag, and extension cords. Breakout rooms and the conference rooms have telephones. |

Outdoor Events
Many groups holding events at Bel'Arco enjoy outdoor events, especially during spring and
fall months. The weather in the Ozarks is typically in the low 70's in April, May, then
again in September and October. For gatherings of up to 50 persons outdoors our pavilion
makes an excellent meeting location. It also is the scene of memorable bbq's and group

Airport Shuttle Service
Bel' Arco is 15 minutes from both Baxter County Regional Airport and Flippin Municipal
airport. Both are VOR approach facilities. We provide shuttle service to and from both
airports.
Entertainment
If you want live music and dancing or other staged entertainment, we have the room! Bring
your own band, or we'll hire one for you. |
