Break Out Rooms at Bel'Arco
If your needs include your group breaking out into several smaller groups, we can help. In
addition to our main conference facility, we also have The Town Hall
room, The Parlor, and several conference rooms. Hold several meetings at
once if you'd like. We offer break time snack tray service to all break out and conference
rooms. |
Town Hall meeting room
| Our Town Hall meeting room seats up to 150
persons. It has phone service, sound system, movable podium, chalkboard, and projection
screen. The Town Hall is next door to Mario's Grill. The Crest Conference Hall is a short
walk across the parking lot. |

Meeting Room
The Parlor Room is just one of several breakout rooms at Bel'Arco. But what makes the
Parlor unique is that can also be used as a meeting location for small groups who wish to
maintain a quiet and private setting. There's a wet bar, bathroom, plenty of free parking,
TV, and telephone. The Parlor has seven adjoining rooms (see photo below) so small groups

This room opens to the parking lot as well as the Parlor meeting room seen above. It also
opens into other rooms via a series of suite doors, which can be locked from either side,
and there are sliding glass doors opening on the lawn and pavilion area.
